Return Policy

Digital Services

Since LeafNote provides digital services (AI-powered note-taking, learning analytics, and collaborative features), traditional returns do not apply. However, we offer comprehensive refund options as outlined in our refund policy.

Physical Goods (if applicable)

If we offer any physical products in the future, they may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process:

  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping label
  4. Ship item back within 30 days
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund.

Partial Refunds

For annual subscriptions, partial refunds may be available on a prorated basis if cancellation occurs after the 30-day guarantee period.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all features until then.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds for partial months (except within 30-day guarantee)

Data After Cancellation:

Your notes and data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export your data at any time during this period. After 90 days, data will be permanently deleted.

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
