LeafNote is an AI-powered learning platform that provides:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

LeafNote offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and provide access to advanced features.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

From time to time, LeafNote may offer promotional discounts, free trials, or special offers. These promotions are subject to the following terms:

Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. You will be charged the full subscription price upon trial expiration.

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• To upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• To violate any applicable laws or regulations
• To infringe on intellectual property rights
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeafNote Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
